Shah house tower is still being built. Vanraj and co are staying at the bungalow temporarily untill the builder gets pent houses ready, probably they rented it out and coincidentally its near Aasha bhavan!

I didn't watch todays's episode, I just presumed Aasha Bhavan must be in a different locality and not nearby SH!
