At the episode end Anupama was looking up at the balcony of the penthouse next door with a weird expression.

It very well could be. So that Anupamaa can get a view of her Mishtar Shah exercising in the balcony

Anyway, if so why this unnecessary vriddhashram drama. Shah pent-hauj mein hi maid ka kaam kar leti. If she would have requested, Vanraj would have gotten staff quarters built on the ground floor
