however, over time they have made kaveri extremely vile, so now she makes me feel eeeky

So point of the heart attack was only that ppl would not have accepted a change of heart for Aasmaan Kv Poddar without atleast a heart attack and staring at death

I feel the identity revelation will come right after Kaveri agrees to abhimaan relationship. That mess will take a few weeks to sort out and then shaddi. Kaash they could shift somewhere, but rishta main sabko hum saath saath khelna hota hain
