Actually adhya is adopted .. she can always go to the child authorities or orphanage.. and complain.. she is uncomfortable living with anupama.. so she wants to revoke her adoption status ..
can reveal her entire story for the last 7- 8 years the trauma she has been facing since she has been adopted by the kapadias ..

is maya dead in the story ..if she is alive .. she can always seek her out .. and if she sides with her .. the court will revoke the adoption certificate and give the custody to biological mother.,

In city what happen if you have 30-40 house or 60-40 (vanraj big house 2400 sqft ) than bank or builder will give money say 1 crore to build 5 floors

Each floor will have say 4 apartments of 1 bhk or 3 houses of 2 bhk

So total 20 apartment there.

In that 10 go to builder and 10 to vanraj owner

Either owner can stay or give on rent

This is common in indian big cities

In USA there is mortgage concept its similar - in usa you take money from bank and give your property paper to banks they have right to take over your home if you cannot pay home loan. Or you can take loan on your old home if not returned house becomes banks or mortgage companies.

This concept is new in india last 25 years its happening in big cities

Before indian bank do not give loans easily only to govt job ppl

Now they give to all because they do mortgage concept to private company emloyees too
