Vanraj sabke naam par apne apne individual penthouses ki deal kar raha hai, har kisi ke pas apne naam ka registered pent house hoga.

Aur bar bar repeat karne se sach nahi badal jayega, Vanraj ka hi haq hai uske Bapuji ki property par.

House Vanraj ke baap ka hai which makes him legal heir since he is the son of that house who has made sacrifices for his family n that house n was the bread earner for that family so obviously he DO HAVE the right on that house even more than anyone else since he has contributed towards that house more than anyone else..

A slight tangent - Often I (sure most of us do) tend to reflect at the end of a milestone(small or big), introspect and ask myself "if I had to start over again, what would I do differently" That is how we mature in our thought process since we can reflect & recalibrate. Hence the adage, older wiser...

Why should vanraj has right on grand father property when grand father 'son that is bapuji I'd still alive

Father ke undivided property pur sabse pehle right unke bachon ka hota and wife pe hota hsi

Ancestral property pe sabse pehle haq bachon ka hota not grand children

And mote over parents ki self acquired property pe to bachon ka legal right hota hi nahi

Legal right tab banta hai if parents die without making will usme bhi category hoti Hai

First right always go to bache wife then come grand kid then other relationship like uncle aunt and niece

Why is everyone behaving like this is the first time Anupama is leaving them?

She left last time and divorced him at her own will, there was no promise by Aadhya that time, she resolved to never be back to him and kept chanting mey akeli hu, mujhe risston mein dard mila, apno ne dhokha diya so why the melodrama and victim play now

She anyway told Anuj just two episodes back that they can’t be together!!
