Armaan expecting Abhira to drop her case and be cool with being at Ruhis beck and call because he feels responsible for her is really ridiculous.

Everyday there's something new he's guilty about.

His guilt for dumping Ruhi is valid but his solution to address that guilt is ridiculous.

He led her on, and made her feel they had a chance. Now if in the name of guilt if he's gonna show concern and over friendliness- how will she get over him and move on?! Isnt it 101 of a breakup that you need to cut off. Exes can be friends is all bogus. It takes time to be friends. In any case here its the whole "dosti" thing which made Ruhi cling to him and interfere in his marriage to Abhira.

So he can feel guilty all he wants but the solution for his guilt cannot be to keep Ruhi around in his life while making Abhira insecure and unhappy. She's spelt out that she doesn't want to deal with Ruhi in his life very clearly.

Now if he doesn't pay heed to her concerns, Abhira should just leave for good after divorcing for real this time around.

They need to show other plots too.

Ab has told him to stay away. And if kaveri, ruhi keep doing crap he will have to take a call about what to do. If he thinks Ab is being unreasonable with her expectations that he should stay away from Ruhi then he should say so and she can walk away.
