This can be before the matter went to court as well right? Which is why Ar said that he will push for hearing next day

Can be will see when the episode air
It's so funny (not) how guilt is perceived and treated so lightly around here! Love is a liberating feeling sure, but guilt is like captivity! And a person who has been conditioned to feel guilty all his life and is held in the captivity of his own thoughts can surely feel like love has liberated him when he's with that person but that doesn't mean he's still not feeling captivated in his head or responsible toward the one he's feeling guilty! Armaan doesn't know what Ruhi has done and tbh neither does Abhira.. So from Armaan's perspective he seemingly led a girl - one he once had feelings for and the one he forced to marry his brother who is now dead - until the altar and then ditched her because of his lack of understanding of his own emotions! No guilt can be worse than that - barring being responsible for someone's death! This man carries both! And while he can't do much about one other than living with it his entire life, he can atleast do something to feel better about himself in the other case! So why wouldn't he? Who likes to feel miserable all the time??
And while Abhira says she understands that, her words convey that she can't deal with his guilt towards his ex and that she is bothered by the continued presence of that person in between them! And rightly so! But... If there isn't enough trust to handle anyone in between them, it's best to stay away, atleast until such time that the trust can be built or the reason of distrust stops existing! The answer then is simple! You have done the right thing and told him you want to go. So please listen to yourself and go, because girl, you are the one in his house and his city ain't the only city where law is practised!
No way How is that even possible? I can't with these writers.
I want to see Abhira's reaction to this. They better not show her feel any guilt because that defies the whole purpose of fighting against Ruhi and fighting for "justice".
If this happens, I don't see how Arman and Abhira can reconcile.
he will sit and cry buckets in more guilt

@bold that’s the thing…Ruhi is going nowhere .:.Abhira is right …there is a lot of baggage between Ruhi and Armaan ..it is even worse than that of an ex-couple because the guilt is an additional layer …Armaan is unlikely to switch off his phone if Ruhi reaches out to him for help ..he simply can’t ..and Abhira says she understands that but cannot deal with it ..having said that, she is the one who needs to leave because she is in his house and amidst his family .::maybe not even the city but she definitely needs to leave his house …unless Madhav chooses her over Armaan, disowns him and gets him thrown out of Poddar House..tbh I really wouldn’t mind that …It's so funny (not) how guilt is perceived and treated so lightly around here! Love is a liberating feeling sure, but guilt is like captivity! I don't think that is possible unless the person is dead. Depending upon the Court's decision, she could then go to jail but before that, I don't think the police can put her in jail.

I honestly think Abhira and Arman are not compatible with each other. They are very different in terms of their approach to life. If Abhira cannot trust him, she shouldn't waste her and his time and move on with her life. But of course that won't happen...watch how she will change her decision tomorrow when she finds out she is still married to Arman.
Then this Ruhi's case if she goes to jail - how will they be together? Doesn't seem likely.
