yes its a fact in india case cases many decades or years to complete and get final justice

that is one reason women fear to go and report crimes against them selves as they cannot fight cases so long it requires money to be paid to lawyers and lot of other things involve. Its not damini movie where a sunny deol will appear and give free legal service and even say victim from goons and win case and hand it on platter to victims. I takes decades of dedication to win cases

I was stating facts by UN report on gender equality of 2020 bet india and usa and by that usa fares better than india on gender parity (if you have problems with my stating facts than i cannot do anything)

USA too has its own problems - gun culture thats not in india or asia

The point was about the specific legal system and provision which you have no clue about. Have you studied the provisions of the acts or practiced as a lawyer? Reading academic papers to make such a generalised point does not suffice when you are making such assumptions, considering the issue. And the link you have provided to Harish doesn't even work so such a paper existing in itself, is moot. So you aren't stating any facts whatsoever. There is no correlation between systemic delays in justice and what you claimed about self defense not being accorded as a defense.

Keep aside the facts for once, you are on the forum of an Indian serial, that too a pretty mediocre one, to be citing gender statistics in such a discussion. Look around and think for once before jumping the gun.

Also, not everything is a comparison between India and USA/any other country (which you consistently bring up in every topic out of nowhere). And no one claimed that India doesn't have problems. There are problems a plenty which aren't denied. Having an opinion is fine and you can hold whatever views you like but claiming something incorrectly on the basis of vague generalisations will be called out.
