She is happiest when she goes to other houses and takes over, she does that in Shah house, she did it in YD's house, she did it in Shruti's house. She is the shameless door ke relative we all have who pokes her nose in everything.

Anupama is not more wife bahu of shah as she divorce Vanraj but she is still mother in law mother and will remain always

This wedding is happening by the Shahs, of the Shahs and at Shah House. Shahs have not one but 2 a perfectly capable Bahus (a Mother-in-law-cum-mother figure and a sister-in-law-cum-sister figure) in the form of Kavya and Kinjal.

By Anupama's own admission, she is a Mehmaan at the wedding. So, her doing anything at Shah House unsolicited is overstepping her boundaries. She should know the Maryada and Lihaaz of a Guest.

If Anupama so wants to fulfill duties of a mother-in-law-cum-mother, she can do so at a place that she not only calls her own but is her own.
