Like I said, haven’t watched the new gen episodes, which is why I added the whole Armaan being there in the beginning. Riddhima honestly was all about being a bahu and responsibilities by then (which was never what DMG was about or what its audience wanted). Saying this based on only that one locker room incident, but Siddhant was her responsibility while Armaan was her everything. She was already married during the second wedding, no? Who cares?! I remember all the AR fans leaving the show when Shilpa entered because the makers confused the liking of KaSh and AR. Just relieved that at least Armaan got his love back in the end.

I think my disappointment stems more from the fact that I expected better from Rahul. I always knew Mauli was going to be an annoying tape of family, family, family, but my hopes from Rahul were of better things.

It was an impulsive decision from his side & he wasn't in his rational mind being totally desperate & manipulated by DN. All of these questions r very much valid & it's very clear that he hasn't thought of all this at all considering his state of mind had he given it little more thought he would've stuck to his initial refute to the idea.

He failed to understand the hypocrisy of his family here totally.

We all r disappointed with him to certain extent as we all expected much better from him but disappointment aside his actions r understandable. That's what I'm trying to say. I don't know if I'm able to convey it properly or not but yeah that's my pov.

Very much aptly put. It is here that Rahul failed to understand his family. May be if he had married an even worse girl and then created this drama or st least have a calm conversation to understand what exactly his parents want could have helped.

True he failed to understand his so called family there. He did try to reason with them & explain to them but Disgusting couple being themselves too didn't help much.

I too agree with Armaan being there thing before the first marriage. But yeah the 2nd marriage thing was actually messed up infact much more than this situation here. Riddhima herself agreed to get married then all the pining for Armaan. At the end yeah even I was happy only for Armaan getting his love.
