very true. The bizarre thing is countries like Saudi Arabia and Indonesia are trying to cut down on all that bat-shit crazy religious fanaticism, but in India we are stuck in the same morass, in fact getting deeper into it. We are trying to become more arab than the arab themselves.
Instead of learning science and all the other good stuff from advanced countries, we are bending over backward trying to learn medieval stuff. What are we hoping to learn from the arabs? Desert survival skills?

Imagine an indian girl/woman saying she got enlightened after reading quran and decided to wear hijab/burqa in 50 degree temperature...@sweet_chilly
Burwua wasnt a thing in india at the time of partition...you couldnt even tell the difference in looks of hindus n muslims
Nowadays people definitely want to prove themselves more arabs than arabs themselves wgich is why black tents are getting so popular. Some areas feel like pak/afghan/yemen etc...scary the way this burqa culture is spreading in india.
