Yes, I wish makers would put in half the effort to look back at their own character notes to maintain consistency as ask relevant questions before writing a scene. But I get that daily soaps are hectic, especially for CVs. In their chakkar to maintain TRP and long runs they are ruining their own legacy.

I have seen many writers ruining their legacy in the hands of trp sadly! Koi ek toh itv ka serial esa ho jo beginning se le ke end tak acha rahe. That’s the drawback when serials runs for very long! Not that I want Jhanak to end anytime soon, but I want writers to maintain some dignity and sort of play a good story along trp requirements.
