Anuj's Expressions Today

My gosh... I literally was thinking, wth!

So, Anuj was so lovingly, with so much care, so much concern and ownership, asking Anupama about her reason for crying. He literally was talking to her like they r still dating or married or something...

Then Shruti comes and Anuj makes disappointing faces... So, it is like Anuj is disappointed that his fiancee came in between his and Anupama's conversation. Shouldn't Anuj like clarify and apologize to Shruti in such a situation that what she is seeing is not anything as it looks and feel scared or something. But he looked with disgust at Shruti.

If I were Shruti, I would be so so mad and I would immediately break up with Anuj. But what to do, Shruti is Shruti.

Next, Anuj and Anupama may do gulu gulu in front of Shruti and still she will say, "Anuj mere hai!"

Like seriously, does Anuj in any way look like "he is Shruti's?". The delusion of Shruti is hard to understand.

N she is so stupid that she is accusing Anupama, ignoring the fact that her fiancé is always after Anupama and she is the one after Anuj.

But shouldn't Anuj and Anupama be ashamed to be doing this? That means their conscience that Anupama was bragging and yelling about in the hotel is, infact dead?

Again, I am glad that we have NO EXPECTATIONS or trust on the Leads to Coyrse Correct and do the right thing But we expect Everyone else to do right.

Agree in part but is it entirely Shruti's fault? Even Anupamaa was clinging onto an abusive Vanraj who had eyes only for Kavya. She had refused to listen to Devika's word of caution and even threatened to slap her for questioning Vanraj, who actively insulted her. She only realised when she actually saw them getting intimate in front of her.

My point isn't regarding comparing the two as they are, considering Shruti should have been more confident and independent than Anupamaa ever was. However, in a somewhat similar scenario then, no one even thought of blaming Anupamaa, her foolishness and blind trust on Vanraj.

In my view, the blame majorly lies on manipulative and spineless Anuj Kapadia who can't even tell Shruti no and break it off. He shamelessly runs behind his ex all the time and is waiting for some reason connected to her, rather than break it by himself. And how easily would he have committed to a pretense marriage with her if the ex hadn't turned up?? He can't even counsel his own daughter and is actively destroying lives with his actions with zero regret whatsoever.

However, Shruti has no reason not to walk out in my opinion. Anuj is openly after Anupama. Anupama also openly confessed her love for Anuj. Okay, let's say Anupama's confession need not mean anything to Shruti but Anuj's confession? Anuj has verbally and non-verbally, every single day expressed his love for Anupama to Shruti.Shruti knows that Anuj loves, adores, worships and fantasizes about Anupama. It is not hidden from her.

This is ITV. A third angle will always remain obsessed with the FL or ML, regardless of their education, profession, family background, and core nature.

Only difference is in most of the other shows the third angle is introduced as a negative character right from the beginning who is either obsessed or has some hidden agenda.

But Shruti was different at first and now they are making her swing between white and black -- some shade of grey that even makers don't comprehend.

So Shruti will not leave Anuj so easily even if she is fully aware of his love for Anupama. In all shows, leads are flawless. They can do whatever they want.

At least when it comes to this show, because of the on-screen & off-screen age of the leads, people call out cringe scenes. When the lead couple is younger, people hardly question anything, blinded by their youthful appearances.

What's new today? His expressions are always same. For him, other than his anupama, no other woman has feelings or deserves care and respect.

Other (non Shahs) characters flip flopping to justify the misdeeds of the main characters is the biggest flaw of this show. Maya was introduced as an abuse victim who was level headed and loved her daughter. Then she turned overnight to justify mahaan Anupama. Malti Devi was introduced as the voice of reason and respectable, overnight she was insulted by anupama and her own son didn't want her. Adhik overnight turned into a scheming woman beater and then became bechara good guy when he sided with anupama.

Only show where they are unable to show good side of Anupama character so make others bad to justify her. Stupid writing and I have an inkling the actor contributes a lot to the direction it takes (example Maya turned evil overnight after the actors dance was praised and said to be better than RGs.).

But don’t you thinks that Anuj confessions came only after Anupama’s entry. If he was so against the marriage then why didn’t he clarify it to Shruti from beginning. He used her for 4 years. He can very well told her that he loves his ex wife and will never get married again.There was no need to stay in the same house from so long.

Shruti can be in Adhya’s life as a good friend or aunt. In that way Shruti would not be stuck with a one sided engagement with Anuj. She would had a chance to see other guys for marriage proposals. Anuj tied her in engagement and running after his ex. He was just looking for excuses. For me anuj can’t redeem again. He could simply had Malti Devi in their life if he was not able to take care of Adhya. He just destroyed Shruti’s life without feeling ashamed.

It was true that Shruti should walk out but when. After knowing truth she lefted n it was Anuj who got her back and proposed. He invited her parents for wedding.

If he was so unsure for marriage why he did that and if he did that for Adhya so now what changed.

Shruti was wrong to target S&C but that didn’t make Anuj right. He should at least feel ashamed. He should realise what he did with Shruti was wrong who had done nothing wrong to him or anyone till then.if he wanted to go behind Anupama than Shruti reserved a respectful break up from him.
