At least till now you can excuse him saying he was not looking at the matter as a deception wrt Arshi. With J voicing it explicitly he has knowingly crossed the line. Ani isnt thinking at all , he will regret it badly , he is not only hurting and pushing his love away , he is also using Arshi which will result in turning her negative....he better save his tears.
