the thought did not cross my mind but it was mentioned so many times in the form and on X.. it is quite irritating actually. We cant blame people for their interpretations, its writers who are doing sloppy job !

I think it was hinted more that he is a friendly flirt considering his escapades in Kashmir and how Arshi is insecure.

He is not a womanizer. Most of the time these dialogues serve a purpose for Ani to push himself towards Arshi instead tbh.
