His dialogue is vague, I expected him to say you are my wife and we will accept this marriage. But he just wanted her to stay with him. Is he planning to maintain her on the side after marrying Arshi?

If he does the kand with her, it's a repeat of Urvashi's life.

Ani and J monologues separately...

Ani babu still thinks he only loves Arshi, he can't love Jhanak, it's wrong.

J goes to Ani room, and checks his temperature, requests receptionist to send a doctor to Ani's room...she says doctor is not available now.

She goes to security police, police officer is angry on jhanak, if she behaves like this they won't give protection, and Jhanak apologise to them and requests him to take her to medical shop...he refuses j 's request.
