I know for a fact that in US if you come for employment and that place does not operate anymore, then you cannot just change your employment like that to another employer without going through immigration processes. Also, we all saw Yashdeep paying her salary in cash to her and here in US, employees should be paid by direct transfer to bank and pay roll should be generated. Cash payment means that she is illegal immigrant without proper employment status.
