Jhanak is so naive that she give a lot of benefit of doubts to everyone. In Arshi’s case it’s a same concept. Jhanak doesn’t want to be the “bad girl” in anyone’s story. So she stays back and push her blessings away.

Ani's PDA and no assurance from his side are equally culpable for this.
