Not at all. The weird partition of Bihar led to the relocation of industries to Jharkhand. Its natural resources are limited, 1/3rd population is severely backward, floods and droughts are constantly ravaging its North and South parts, and water supply isn't good enough either. why does Bihar need it ? They have tons of natural resources and should have good revenues etc. I guess it’s just political ask in their case.
