You have a valid point. Amruta is an intelligent girl. She will have collected enough evidence to prove her mother innocent. But, may be, at that point she was tensed and didn't think anything.

First, Virat said he will send Amruta to jail. Then he said he will send Bhavani to jail as well coz she is mastermind of the entire scam. When police started arresting Bhavani, he gave Amruta this option to either get married to him and stop her mother from being arrested or watch her mother to go to jail.

The brilliant banker decided to get married for her mother's sake when she could have just said that let the arrest happen and police start their investigation to find the real culprit.

If getting the leads married was the only goal, they could have forced them to marry after the photo leak itself. Why create the entire sequence of fake marriage!

Anyway, it would be interesting to see how the writer manages to create the redemption arc for Virat cozz he has dug a deep hole for himself.

We keep giving benefit of doubt when it is just lazy writing.

Interesting (I mean disgusting) that VSA (and other negative characters) get one or two dedicated eps to have a go at Ammu and Bhavani. His antics at her engagement eps was 2 eps long and so is the current one.

When it comes to Ammu giving it back... it will be a token 5 min scene... after which even she will be back to square one.

May be time to quit watching the show... not expecting anything acceptable from the writers anymore.

For me, I would've wanted a redemption arc for him after the first mu eps. Ishika wedding eps were about that. Was that good? Arguably yes. May be he was still not worthy of Ammu, but he was good with Bhavani and many times the support she needed.

But tbh, I dont care about whether he redeems or not anymore. Ammu needs to get out. (For me he has crossed the line even if he was faking it.) Anything else will be an exaggerated version of what made her marry him rather than letting Bhavani be arrested, that you mentioned. Lazy writing - they just found a way to get them married... that's all.

Yeah totally. I think the show made sense till the kidnapping sequence. After that it was just lost, the sequences didn't seem logical at any level.

Agree with you, Virat has crossed a line when he started abusing Bhavani. Amruta should never forgive this breach of trust. Virat's redemption arc becomes all the more difficult.

It would be interesting if they introduce a guy, a complete green flag who supports Amruta, and is totally in contrast with Virat's personality. That would bring some competition and Amruta would be able to realize how she deserves much better than Virat.

Will Abhiraj play cards against Babita to expose her infront of Virat as per his self talk yesterday he was planning to send Ammu to jail and VSA out of the country to take over business but this marriage turned table against him. Now only way left for him to get what he wanted by creating rift between Virat and Babs so Virat himself leaves everything.

Saas bahu drama will not last longer as Ammu mission will be just expose her and leave. Also if Babs tries to throw her out of the house it will be in her favour only she will get freedom from that mentality asylum

Depends on where the writers want to take it. Tbh, I could never figure out why Abhiraj is supporting Babs when he would do better service to his goal by getting Ammu and Virat married - all he has to do is poke Virat enough to make him dream about marrying her (something Bhavani did to Ammu).

Do the writers want saas-bahu revenge story for 50 more eps? Or do they want a separation (ideal acc to me)?

[Priyanka being considered to make an entry makes me hope there is a VA separation.]

Actually by any way it was not at all marriage as couple takes round in front of fire here fire was outside stage and they were standing on Tarazu and stage was rotating. Mockery of marriage rituals.
