this is why inside sources believe Naidu won’t flip he learnt his lesson in the worst way possible in the past.

Agree we're in the process of consolidating from other partners, once it's all sorted we will think about next steps.

Agree flats are more secure and our relatives who offloaded their share to us actually bought flats in a gated community with guaranteed returns and assured maintenance. But we have plans to R2I but this election result put me on the rethink.

I work in the government here and leaving everything aside to move back suddenly seemed to be foolish especially when there's a potential for political instability in India, if not now possibly in the near future.

pardon my opinion in advance. Real estate unless you plan to use immediately is best sold and proceeds divided esp in your situation. If selling it is an option to divide proceeds. The math in India for even a flat in Bombay is 2% rent and 9% mortgage. Unused land is worse. And you will get superior returns in liquid assets.

Heck if you want to remain in real estate. Sell. Distribute per current share and then reinvest in a clean way with single ownership in a City you are comfotable in. I have some disputed real estate. I dont expect anything as the process is crazy. So we just assume that won’t be solved and dont count on it.
