Just once I want TM or Bhagyam to tell Gomathi that Pandian likes TM because she got married urpadiya, unlike Gomathi, Meena, and Raji who eloped. Then Gomathi will realize how much Raji and Meena had to endure and that she is an idiot for keeping quiet.

This shows how illiterate and classless Pandian is. The man is all about himself. Apart from hypocrite, he is a narcissist too and has no idea how to treat everyone equally, shows favoritism and takes sides. The main is an idiot of the first order. Gomathi, the dimwit deserves this as well for laughing and calling her DILs as odugalis, not defending them against TM’s parents or other guests.
One thing I cannot comprehend is how shameless Pandian who also eloped and married, yet has the nerves to humiliate SM and KR while acting holier than thou🤮

Raji and Meena are being humiliated every single day and Gomathi has been keeping quiet. Now is Gomathi’s turn to get humiliated plus she needs to realize what a Douchebag Pandian is😂😂 He is not all that great like she makes him to be. He is a hypocrite, narcissist and a MCP all combined in one

Looks like there were amazing short KR scenes in the 2 hour Sunday special episode. I saw some edits in instagram but yet to watch the episode. The makers showed their 1st bike scene, Pandian, the douchebag scolding Kathir in front of everyone and badmouthing about him to TM while Raji becoming not happy and later questioning Gomathi who deflects and says that father has every right to scold and question his son. Kathir asking Raji to wear a saree for the lunch at TM’s house for which Meena didn’t go and Senthil was not allowed to go by Pandian. Raji gave him the extra chicken/mutton piece that was served to her to Kathir as its his favorite.

I read some comments saying that the scenes were short but they acted like a normal couple with casual conversation which is what I like.
After watching the latest promo, and listening to Palanivel’s dialogue about how there will be fight between FIL and DILs, I have a feeling Raji is going to question Pandian about scolding Kathir while Meena is going to fight for Senthil and the way he us being treated. Hope KR and SM will leave the house soon.

Pandian, the douchebag, dumb idiot will always blame his kids for all his stupidity and miseries and doesn’t even have the basic courtesy not to badmouth his own som on front of another DIL. He is proving that he is uncouth, illiterate scumbag.

I will watch the episode probably on Monday and then give my 2 cents before watching the Monday’s episode.

I watched the Sunday episode. KR scenes are touch-and-go. Mayil crying leaving her parents a second time was longer than KR on the bike or sharing food scene.

I have noticed Aakash wearing a helmet whenever he rides a bike. Maybe that could be why we do not get bike scenes. Or whatever.

I liked their initial conversation about Raji wearing a sari but since there is no proper continuity for KR, the convo seems a bit bland, but hey any progress is progress

Despite the audience complaining about Mayil, the serial is showing more of her, it looks like they want to build up on her being irritating and use it to drive other plots (Gomathi, SM, KR).

Pandian is just bad! That's all! The only people he respects are Kuzhali, her husband, Saravana, and Mayil because they agreed to his choice in marriage. He likes Arasi too because he feels she will also agree to his choice of marriage partner for her. He doesn't respect SM, KR, or Gomathi too.

He was angry that Raji felt dizzy. He got angry that Kathir did not take care of her. Then he got angry that Kathir left the broken bike and got Raji home in an auto. Then he is angry that the bike might be stolen. So, what is it? Should Kathir have stayed with the bike and sent a dizzy Raji home by herself? What is his problem? Kathir is damned if he does and damned if he doesn't.

He also badmouthed Kathir to Mayil who felt it was all comedy. Then he made fun of Gomathi when she questioned him. @Prema: Raji was hurt with what Pandian said to Kathir, even Arasi agreed that he should not have spoken like that. So, as you said, looks like Raji will give it back. But feels like a joint mutiny by Gomathi, Meena, and Raji as per the promo.

Finally watched both Sunday and Monday’s episode.

Except Raji looking for Kathir’s opinion on whether to go for lunch at TM’s house and later asking his opinion what she should weat, their other scenes were blink and miss. Their bile scene was hardly 30 seconds, so was Raji giving Kathir her portion of the chicken piece. If you didn’t pay attention, you could easily miss both the scenes.

As I thought, Pandian did not disappoint me, once a scumbag, always a scumbag. He is a hypocrite, narcissist, illiterate idiot all rolled into one. I can’t wait for the day Raji will question him, even if it means him throwing both KR out of the house. Gomathi, proved that she is a dimwit again. She gets angry, complains to Meena about Pandian never praised her cooking in 30 years and is acting irritated but when it comes to Pandian scolding Kathir, she reasons with Raji that its ok for the father to scold his son. Does this dinwit understand that the so called son is married and has a wife who will feel bad. If you don’t have the guts to face Pandian’s wrath, why the heck did you get them married in the first place. This woman has no self respect or self esteem, always thinks about herself. 30 years if you cannot stand up to your husband, then what kind of lousy relationship she is in. Which mother will make her son a scapegoat for the mistakes she did? How can she see be so heartless and ruthless?

Next in line is Senthil. In today’s episode, Pandian saw Senthil-Meena eating at the restaurant while Senthil lied to him that his bike broke down. Senthil will not get reprimanded as much as Kathir because Meena will step in to save him. Whereas Meena and Gomathi will ask Raji to keep quiet and not confront Pandian because that’s his nature to scold and blame Kathir for everything because of his right as a father

“Avagalukku (Gomathi and Meena) vandha ratham mathavangalukku (Raji) vandha thakaali chutney ya?” Idhu enna nyayam? 😡

We all saw some 50 episodes ago how Meena stopped Pabdian from hitting Senthil but then both she and Gomathi are asking Raji to keep quiet and not question Pandian.
No comments on Saravanan, TM and her family members scenes, they all irritate me. Sunday special promo was a total waste. We all knew that the writers will save TM’s family yet again like Rohini gets saved every time from getting caught in SA.

Kuzhali and her drama asking TM not to wear the jewelry🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

I want TM’s parents to humiliate Pandian and Gomathi by saying, “ neenga rendu perum kooda thaan odi poi kalyanam pannikeetenga” appa theriyum Pandianukku, thaan evalvu periya mutaalnu. Saravanan oru useless guy, who is smitten by Mayilu and their scenes are making me cringe:

Like always loved Vel family ladies conversation from yeaterday and Apparha’s reaction after seeing KR go on the bike. - all 3 are practical, level headed and full of love for everyone around them. Neither are they dimwits, nor are they silly and idiotic like Gomathi and TM. If only Vel family men were not ruthless, it would be great. Hoping for a change in their behavior after they come to knlw Raji’s marriage truth. Appatha has 7 grandchildren but her most favorite grandchild is Raji and because of her she has started liking Kathir a lot and has come to the conclusion that Kathir is being a great husband to Raji, which he is trying to be.

What was the Mysore bonda scene in today’s episode? TM was rude, obnoxious, bossy, disrespectful and despicable. Gomathi yet again proved what a useless woman she is Didn’t TM order so much at the restaurant during saree shopping and everyone ate outside food. Where was her health conscious lecture then? How did she become so health conscious all of a sudden? Is this all to spite Meena and Raji and earn brownie points with simp Saravanan, scumbag Pandian and dimwit Gomathi?

Finally, I feel KR’s scenes are being rushed and placed out of the blue to please the online fans while TRP audience are being served plenty of TM and her stupidity. Senthil- Meena are also getting lengthy scenes in the form of a 3-4 bike ride, 10 minutes at thw restaurant, 3 minutes of romantic dance sequence in Saravanan- TM’s room, lengthy photoshoot at Saravanan-TM’s wedding not just once but thrice. One thing is clear even with limited SS, KR is the most popular pair of the 3 especially with online viewers and every single youtube comment is bashing Mayilu and her overacting. FYI, Kathir was nowhere to be seen in today’s episode. It is boring to watch without him. I would rather see Kathir Raji atleast in the BG even if they are not given SS. Also they need to cut down on Meena-Raji scenes, they show too much of their bonding. While Meena gets equal scenes with Senthil, KR scenes are always rushed or Meena is part of all their scenes. Why didn’t they show KR bike breakdown scene, Raji fainting scene and Kathir safely bringing her back home. Instead they want to show elaborate nonsense of TM. Didn’t we see TM fainting scene and how concerned the entire family was and they showed how worried Saravanan was and repeatedly tried to help her out. Why are the writers being stingy with KR scenes?

I have combined both Sunday and Monday’s episodes to write my comments. All said and done- I only like 6 characters in this show- Kathir, Raji, Palanivel, Gandhimathi ( Appatha), vadivu ( Raji’s mother) and Maari ( Kumar’s mother). I used to like Saravanan, not anymore. Others can simply Go to Hell🙄 Another thing- writing is all over the place. TM’s character contradicts herself so much from before and after marriage and none of her scenes are believable and convincing and the actress is overdoing it. I think the writers themselves have no idea what they write a few days back🙄 They first need to watch the past episodes again in Hotstar for proper continuity.

I feel bad for Senthil. True, he was an odhuvakare at first, but seeing his plight now is sad. Pandian wants Saravana to take leave for a month after the wedding but doesn't want Senthil to eat out with Meena just once. That too after telling him that he went out only once after the wedding, and hasn't spent much time with her.

What a pathetic man! He is comparing himself with Senthil. He eloped with Gomathi and was living alone with her in the house, obviously, he had enough time to spend with her, and there are 5 kids as proof. He told Senthil not to have any kids before Saravana, and now he is saying there is no need to spend time with her, what sort of man is he?

Senthil did all the work, went for the deliveries, and then spent some time with Meena at a restaurant for which he made her wait a long time. Despite that, Pandian felt it was wrong. Senthil-Meena should pull a Jeeva, give it back nicely, and move away.

Pandian can spend time at home with his dear Thangamyail, her husband, her mother-in-law, and her sister-in-law.

Next, is Kathir. Pandian wants his family to work hard and to take work seriously. His dear Thangamayil also sided with him and he was so happy about it. Then, when Kathir said that work is important, he turned a face and insulted him more. He already called Kathir and Raji a dandasooru, and now called Kathir a tharuthale.

How is Kathir a tharuthale? He is working and studying and being responsible in taking care of household chores and did so much during the wedding.

What is this man's problem? What is he frustrated about?

Aarrghhh, I watched today's episode. Pandian and TM are unbearable.

All I wanted to tell Pandian is "Dude, even your son who married Thangamyil has stopped simping for her, and is now acting mature. When are you going to stop?"

Calling Meena envious of TM, and making fun of Raji when she said even she can cook for more people like TM, is making Pandian look very bad. Even if tomorrow he realizes his dear TM's truth, he cannot undo what he says and does now.

I too watched today’s episode! What a pathetic man, Pandian is! He is despicable, disgusting, and a disgrace to all the fathers. How ruthless and arrogant he was towards Senthil. He didn’t stop there, continued to his tirade at home against Senthil and Kathir. What does he think of himself? What the heck has he achieved that he is insulting, humiliating and abusive towards his own kids. I never liked this character from the beginning, shows favoritism amongst kids. How is he fit to be a father? He is a scumbag who is all about himself and his false pride and vetti bandha. Hope he is taught a lesson soon and should repent what he did to his kids especially Kathir and Senthil for the rest of his life. He doesn’t deserve forgiveness and needs to rot in hell. Pandian has been a tyrant and insensitive from the beginning but he has now stooped so low, that its impossible to live with such an idiot.

Now coming to Gomathi, how childish and silly she us. Which mother sweeps everything her abusive husband says about his sons under the rug. She asks Raji, Meena, Kathir and Senthil to not take anything seriously that Pandian says but gets irritated and angry when he compares her with TM and appreciates her over this dimwit. A mother will put her children’s ahead of herself but what do we see here? A petty mom who cares about herself and what her husband thinks of her. Gomathi has bog mouth to fight against her brothers but has No Guts to stand up against her narcissistic husband. A mother who throws her kids under the bus, is not fit to be a mother at all.
Both don’t control Kuzhali’s big mouth, find ways to humiliate Kathir and Senthil, repeatedly let Raji and Meena humiliated by everyone as Odugalis, always makes fun of Palanivel. Both are really fond of only Kuzhali, Saravanan and Arasi and never call them out for their stupidity or meanness and treats Kathir and Senthil as unwanted children as they married against Pandian’s wishes How unlucky are Kathir and Senthil to have very unsupportive and abusive parents.

At this time I want the following things to happen

- Saravanan to start listening to TM and ignore his father. Pandian needs to know what kind of people TM and her family are. He should curl up in shame and not able to meet anyone eye to eye.

- KR and SM to leave the house and make it on their own.

- Gomathi can stay with Saravanan, TM and continue to experience the torture along with Pandian

- Palanivel needs to move back with his brothers and have a dignified life.
