I think her crying and pleading Ani that she loves him clearly had an impact on J. Must be one of the major reasons she keeps pushing Ani to her. That and her warning to J too.

I wish that discussion happened face to face as he could have easily understood that she was lying.. also all MUs could have been cleared.. also how will J accept his feelings unless he breaks off his ties with Arshi. From the looks of it, Ani will be forced to accept J as the wife in public on a wider scale than during J's wedding last time, and that will put a halt to Ani-Arshi's marriage since viewers clearly will not like the marriage track. While they are working on separation, I think Ani will pursue J and change her mind about accepting the marriage. Then some Kaand by the Kardashians, RuNak get separated and cycle continues.

If it goes typical ITV route.

Logically that has to be the track now. But again Janak will be back to Bose house but I really wish and hope this time she has to enter as Janak Bose with much more respect and support from Ani.
