I think Jhanak in her mind does not consider it a possibility that Ani can love her. In her mind, she is not worth it. Her heart though might be telling her a different story, but she is not letting it open up because of obvious reasons. That is why so many "Kyu" question from her. She is not able to understand Ani. It's like she is experiencing a completely new kind of Ani these days. What she saw a few days ago, how he misbehaved with her, then how he was making love to Arshi, how Ani's family accepts Arshi as his wife, still not backing off from marriage with Arshi... all of this is obviously confusing her a lot. On the other hand Ani; no i don't think this guy has the slightest of idea that Jhanak loves him. If he did then i don't think he will be able to stop himself from going to her...
