And the way he told Jhanak that she doesn’t have to worry since he will take care of it. He has always protected her like a shield. There are many other occasions where his inner gut would always force him to do all that he needs to as his duties. But now I feel Anirudh is loving and enjoying what he does for Jhanak. Responsibility is turning into his interest dil Se. He is almost at the verge of realizing it that it’s not for humanity or any sort of burden. He just loves taking care of her like a baby and making sure it’s him who can do everything that she desires for!

Yes! I remember this. Jhanak kept asking who he was going to bring for the rasam. And she even suggested Rahul...and that's when Ani was a bit taken aback, and he said, nahi Rahul mantra nahi bol saktha na. Meaning only Ani, as her husband, could say the mantras.

All those scenes made it look like Ani accepted her as his wife...but then next second he was back with Arshi !

At many times it seemed like they knew they feel something for each other and then things would get back to square one like nothing happened. The sindoor rasam I felt was useless because they could have disclose Runak’s marriage and then not do that ghat thing of removing her sindoor or breaking bangles. Tejas Shaadi track was good and I guess it was necessary for the closure so that they take a break from Tejas track for sometime. So I guess makers would try to portray how time in time when such circumstances would occur, we would have witness Ani being sensitive and protective of Jhanak more like as his wife. With all these turbulent changes of his feelings for Jhanak we saw him questioning to himself and imagining Jhanak, then brushing it off because he wouldn’t believe he could feel something like what he feels for Arshi.

I hope we get a scene where Ani can explain how and when he thought he was falling for her. That would give us more feels when we go back and watch those scenes again. At least a monologue of him.

Reversal Rasams were useless and horrendous! They showed rasams that a woman does after her husband dies. There is no rasam to reverse Hindu marriage!

Those were the episodes that made me go on YouTube and comment on the videos for the first time. Before that, I used to just watch the show without any online interactions. But I was so mad looking at the things they were showing I thought I needed to take it out somewhere!!

They're already in love for 2 to 3 months but stupid makers really stretched their realization part maybe bcz of the IPL season.

However, It's good to enjoy their deep bonding and emotional attachment but that reversal rasam and Jhanak's wedding track was totally wasteful without concluding anything! At that time, both characters were shown extremely weak! Didn't like that all!

He never felt anything for Arshi except for certain attraction/liking which is normal, however, the feelings for love are more deeper than any thing a human can experience.

Writing part is very substandard here that's why it's challenging for us to depict more concisely. Tbh, I find this show very inconsistent with the character development that's why even the real actors are sometimes confused.

At least, they should improve this part and remove the unnecessary drama or irrelevant events. Last 2 months sirf yehi chal rha h bs and story still stuck there!

I don't think Anirudh is thinking he is doing it for responsibility or insaaniyat. He knows what he feels for her. He loves her and needs her to be in front of him. They are showing an obsessive possessive love for her. How can he then not realize his love for her. He knows it well. The guy who can't think of living with out her, wants her to have ummeed only from him, understands his truth, this has to be the sacrificial game not a realization game. He has to be an idiot to not know. He will totter between sacrifice and insecurity of her. He thinks she does not want him tho, and to protect her from his family, he is with Arshi.

In the car ride home after their date he mentioned that he had devised a plan to keep Jhanak safe. His plan maybe is to 'project' his care for her as impersonal, so as to appease and keep his nasty family in check. Even J does not know. Best display of this is 23rd Feb saraswati pooja time. See how Ani manipulates Arshi and his family, esp Arshi to keep her in BH. Arshi when she realizes how Ani played her is going to be scary. Arshi knows Ani and what he feels for Jhanak. She has watched him from front row seat and has seen how he reacts to Jhanak.

If you notice everytime Ani acts like she is only a responsibility for him - they have this sad sacrificial violin kind of music play.

He said he has fikar for very few people. I don't think it includes his parents or even Arshi for that matter.

he also figures out correctly that J once had umeedh in him

The umeedh comment ties back to the episode where Ani acts like he is upset with J for coming disguised to the hospital and tells everyone he only saved J out of humanity and nothing else. J does not realize he is acting, and says "iske uppar i don't have more ummeed from you"

Ani is a very complicated guy lol! I don’t think we could ever understand his reasoning behind for all that he did for Jhanak, whether out of mercy or pure love, but we can only make assumptions because his actions are debatable.

I am sure he could make out the difference between what he feels and does for Arshi and what he feels and does for Jhanak. His actions with these two women can give him a better insight on what love really is. I don’t think he has ever gone selfless for Arshi or like you said counted her as one of the few closer to his heart. We don’t see anything like that in his action towards Arshi. Parents have a different place in his life, we can’t compare them. They will always going to hold a special place in his heart. He may share difference of opinions but they’ll always remain close to him.

He is definitely acting like an obsessive and possessive lover because no one was really dependent on him before. So I guess he never experienced such a thing where he had to keep a check on someone who isn’t just a dependent but his wife also whether or not he believed in the marriage. He knew he had to take care of her any how. And with intention he brought her in his house was a dangerous situation in it self. That’s why at times he would get frustrated because he struggled and fought to keep Jhanak safe, he would lose his cool. These things aren’t in his control fully. And on top of it, his insecurities as a husband would kick in too without making him realize that he has certain rights on Jhanak which are sacred, which he can’t share with anyone especially the men she encounters with. These situations would bring in him an impulsive and aggressive behavior. He still irks with Rahul topic and questions her.

The problem is both Ani and Jhanak thinks they can’t have each other for their respective reasons and that’s why so many complications arise. Until they discuss about their feelings openly, there will always be a barrier between them and galat fehmiyan.

Despite coming from a different religious background, I'm already aware of this point and respect wedding rituals but mocking and making fun of this sacred relationship isn't acceptable at all. And I can't even understand the following points.

1. Agr reversal rasam se marriage break hgye hn to why Ani manipulated everyone when found Tejas as a groom k agar is shadi ko mein such maan loon etc?

2. If the rasam is true, how both of them are eligible again to marry for the 2nd time since following thr hindu marriage regulations, 2nd marriage can't be done without divorcing the first one.

3. Ek aur confusing thing is that during hut scene Ani said to said: Hmari shadi ho chuki hai. As a native Urdu speaker, what I understand that hochuki means something that was done / indicating past. If it's indicating present then again 2nd marriage kasey hoskti hn? These are very unethical things they're promoting.
