Well said! One needs to read articles 20-22 in particular, which provide such a framework. A person can't be denied justice even if he/she is a criminal. If someone has wronged them in the past, they will be punished accordingly. Aur bigamy and rape bhi koi choti moti crime toh hai nahi! Agar jail ki hi baatein karni hai, toh sabse pehle toh Raju hi jail jata.
