That’s the character of ANI. He only admitted in his monologue that he will accept that jhanak loves Rahul but now when actual time came to accept this he is behaving like a jealous husband. ANI will always behave as a possessive husband be it Rahul or someone else. If any speaks the dialogue that jhanak used him then there is no coming back for jhanak. Jhanak might feel suffocated due to his possessiveness in future.

Mansha ab said do din mein shaadi hai that means jhanak leaves just one day before wedding. Then ani gaayab on wedding day looks like . To shaadi to nahi hogi.
