they apply half cooked logic in TV shows. I am 100% sure there would be a misunderstanding, otherwise Abhira would have returned the check book or left it in PH. I don’t see the reason why she would bring it with her otherwise. So there might be a plot around that. Like when they will learn about her distress, Kaveri or Phuphasa might say she is pretending as she already took the money. If Armaan is intelligent and in the right state of mind, he would suspect Abhira is in trouble and would try to reach there to help her.
