Bold and Beautiful

If people are aware America has had a famous serial with seasons called bold and beautiful

In late 1990s and early 2000 this serial was ver famous all over world

In that one season story was like this - Rich millionaire(billionare) dad whose 60 lus falls in love and has affair with elder son wife(Bahu)

And dumb elder son has absolutely no clue his wife baby is not his but from his father

Father and wife having affar behind son back and his mother(means dad wife) back

Of couse later on son gets to know truth and divorce his wife and his father(means wife lover) divorce son mother(first wife) and marry his bahu(his lover)

Now anupama show wants to compete with that serial i think in complicated love affair

Imagine this ex wife is having a relationship with ex hubby openly flirting and dancing and laughing with him in front of his now wife , than she lands in 2nd ex hubby house and openly having affair with 2nd ex hubby in front of his fiance and was also leading along her boss YD so many months by being extra open with him making him her personal chauffeur and staying in his home

Now 2nd ex hubby will go with ex wife leaving wheel chair bound finance whom he would have married if his ex wife had not landed in usa by now and going to attend wedding in india to attend marraige of his ex wife dead son widow wife???

I am shocked how audience who make hungama over kiss or dressing in serials are ok with all this kind of story stuff being showed in prime time when family and kids watch shows. Basically 9pm to 11pm is when family and kids watch TV in homes. Should not some interesting family and kid related story been shown at this time? Why show story like an USA serial like bold and beautiful kind of story at prime time show?

Actually most 9pm to 11pm prime time shows are not worth watching because everywhere extra marital affairs etc are shown when kids and family watch shows mostly. No wonder all are running towards OTT and TRPs which used to 10 just 20 years back have reduced to 2 in 2020s

Forget about prime time television.

Show me one television show (fiction) that is even borderline good and sensible.

There have been good shows once in a while but unfortunately people don't watch good shows.

They are addicted to starplus kachra. God! Every show of this channel has literally same storyline. And still people watch it

1) Ghatbandan on colors - 2019 - A goon marries a future IPS officer and helps er become ACP against all odds and opposition. excellent acting especially by goon and his mother especially as don and don son

2) Kavya on sony - 2024 - An IAS officer from middle class family marries her ex classmate an politician son and faces opposition at home plus office discrimination yet never gives up

3) Vanshaj - Like games of throne

4) Behyad 2 on sony (which was stopped half way) - A young new intern 21 falls in love with owner boss and gets pregnant, her baby killed family killed to save boss respect. She gets saved and comes back to take revenge after 10 years and marries his elder son and kills his younger son or revenge by trapping him in love. Tries killing elder son too but cannot and marries him to enter abuser home. Excellent acting by Fl, ML and antagonist father cum boss

Not sure anyone else as i do not watch

TRP of these shows very low but best shows like 1990s types good content

Problem is ppl want saas bahu souten kitech olitics no matter how good story

Like take Kumkum bhagya 3 story was very good relevant to todays time - a man accused in false molesttaion case sent to jail by lover comes after jail to take revenge but again its become sas bahu souten drama as low trp

kumkum bhagya 3 story is similar to behyad 2 but there female was the victim here hero is victim

There victim female lead jennifer marries her abuser son to take revenge on her abuser

In kum kum bhagya 3 male lead marries abuser sister to take revenge on abuser

Honestly sony TV and colors still have quality shows

Even zee looks better than star when they start show story
