Nothing is a guarantee, but one looks at the likelihoods, and the trends behind the sides:

• RR has lost 4 games in a row, while SRH has won 2 of their last 3, 3 of their last 5 & so on. They are higher on confidence
• RR has had a major loss w/ Butler, just like KKR has w/ Salt. SRH has lost nobody, since they don't have any England players
• Like SRH, RCB too is at the top of their confidence. If KKR lose a game against SRH, it'll be tough to face down RCB as well
• As a result, KKR's best chances of winning Q1 is if RR is their opponent

Also looking at this from RR's POV, they too must prefer facing KKR rather than RCB

I m not that lucky person tbw but still I m super unlucky with ipl . Seriously. From 40+ rank reached 19th . That number seems super unlucky kind stuck in that or rank below that . now at 21

No, he & all England players in the IPL who are in England's WC squads have returned to England. Tom Kohler-Cadmore is English as well and available for RR, but he's not a part of England's WC plans
