For me the essence rand soul of the movie was the very last scene. 

The self discovery.. Only me, myself and I. 

The message was so layered and profound which is a rarity for any South Asian movie.

The film has so many great aspects. I loved how bold and progressive it was. There were protests against both the versions of the film given its radical departure from the existing norms.

The hopeless romantic in me always puts me in a dilemma regarding the ending. However, its effect can't be denied. Everyone in the theatre was moved and stood up and clapped.

I have seen the one where he dies at the end. Is there any other ending?
