Sharmin is worse.

Suhana can move atleast few facial muscles and doesn't have the same fixed expression at all times.

Sharmin has better screen presence and looks prettier, Suhana is better as expressions.

From whatever little I've seen of Sharmin, Suhana (and even Khushi) are much better than her. I think Suhana is coachable and she'll be much better after 3-4 films

Suhana, Sharmin is terrible but atleast look decent in some frames. Suhana is terrible plus repulsive looking

Sharmin is the better one. Given a chance, she might improve. She is easier on the eyes, has some screen presence and her voice is not as flat as Suhana.
