Don't rag a candidate too much

One HR manager with the Railways got bugged up with the interviews. So after interviewing 5-6 candidates for the post of Signal Man, he thought of ragging the next candidate.

After initial introduction, the real conversation started:

HR Manager: Ok???.tell me if you see two trains coming from opposite direction on the same track? what would you do?
Candidate: I would give red signal to one of the trains.

HR Manager: Supposing the signal are not working? what would you do?
Candidate: I would inform the nearest station about this and try to do something useful.

HR Manager: (Starts ragging the guy more) Supposing the telephone lines are not working.
Candidate: Then I would go to the public booth?


HR Manager: They are also not working?
Candidate: Then I wave a red flag to one of the trains.

HR Manager: The train driver can't see this.
Candidate: (After thinking for a while) - then I would rush to my parents and call them.
HR Manager: (A bit confused) why?
Candidate: Coz..they have never seen two trains colliding.
