Mystery: Help me find a TV show!

I saw an Indian Tv show and I was hoping someone could help me find the name. It was a show about models.

I think lots of women applied to be on the show. In the one I was watching they picked a housewife, I thought it was very inspiring. There were ten to twenty women on the show in total for the episode I saw.

The show either had the number 4 in the name or it was in its 4th season. The episode I saw also had a photoshoot of a girl in a bedroom on a bed, it was really cool the way they did it with the lighting and the silk sheet.

I also saw it over six months ago. I hope that is enough to help you guys help me :) It was really great, I hope it is still going and more people get to see it (including me after I find the name)!
