Yeah after peaceful cohabitation.. you cannot press forced marriage .. even annulment is difficult to prove

Some grounds can be adultery , physical or mental abuse or cruelty .. but all that will be contested by both parties

But Abhira is not pressing for forced marriage or annulment. She's merely acknowledging shaadi was done under majburi/zabardasti , with consent but without willingness of both parties and explaining the circumstances.

The judge is the one deeming that this warrants expedited 15 day divorce proceedings.

I don't think as per their itv logic, divorce is actually granted because they accepted the plea for expediting hearing.

Some convoluted stuff.

Because in 15 days ultimately something will delay divorce. If Abbira actually gets divorced from Armaan she will leave. But i highly doubt thats actually gonna happen. Divorce will be delayed.

And in most itv shows they show some stuff about forcing people to live together for x number of days etc.

In reality most people approach court fir divorce after already being separated in terms of living situation.

No, I feel divorce will happen.

I feel Abhira will use that chequebook in a way that will give her the final win in the battle of wits over Kaveri Poddar

I also feel that Abhira will have a misunderstanding that Armaan and Rooh-i were together all along and were pretending to be friends. They drove Rohit away and all they did to Abhira was a part of their plan to make her look bad and a gold digger.

And I also feel she will leave and in these 15 days a lot of perspective shift is happening. It may reverse. Abhira may develop anger and rage for Ruhaan and leave the family, and Poddars may feel guilty.

But it's just my opinion. Don't expect all this to happen.

I like this plot a lot. I want her to leave, to show them aukaat for giving blank cheque and bring out immoral couple ki reality especially to flipper Vidya. Expose their fake dosti

But they never make FL too vengeful. Thoda swag, attitude hosakta hai but ultimately they are always shown too kind to do anything harsh.
