Deserving and wanting/needing somebody is different. Maybe he deserves better but he needs Mahnoor, only Mahnoor can make him happy or Mahnoor's hormonal imbbalance makes him happy. Some boys likes chase, manana, ruthna

But I also think Tabrez will have redemption and save both of them or Mahnoor will be saved magically in ICU
