So in each section you can choose another team and will that team only display in that particular section and will the other team you selected appear when you in another section like I have chosen in Bollywood section ?

Yes you are correct. You can choose a Team in each forum (if the feature has been added there) and it will display only in your posts for that forum.

 Unfortunately you can only pick one. You can keep changing every 24 hours though
