I dnt knw the entire scene here, but my guess frm wt i saw - Jhanak is upto the brim with accusations, from her relatives, his family & now him. Let’s not forget he threw papers at her just this morning. Yet she has been polite, asked him not to shout n then she was out for just 2 hrs....bought gifts for them....& the second she's back, a lot of accusations again.....in addition to this, she is deep in love with Ani, broken from him CAing her, and she witnessed him & Arshi romance, she's now incapable of seeing him with someone else, she cant leave (cz he dsnt let her) & she cnt stay cz its like death. All of this is taking a toll on her, just like it’s taking toll on Ani.

She is vexed up with how except herself, everyone else controls her life. She's dying every minute now (since the wedding talks began), & I guess she wants to be thrown out.....so wts the last resort she took to....blaming Ani. And it worked - for wtevr be the reasons, for the first time he told her to Go to Hell. Even if it hurts, at least she & he got to say it out loud n clear with witnesses around. Cz wtevr they talk in private, seems to vanish into thin air - always.
