I don't even follow this show, but since my mom's hooked, I catch bits. Ishaan K word Savi's whole family, older sister survived. Her older sis is in a coma, and Ishaan's paying the bill for her medical expenses. Now that the secret's out, Savi wants to give back Ishaan's cash and cover her sis' treatment herself.

But opening tea stall and all is funny to me, there are better ways to earn in current digi world.
