M - How soft are we talking here exactly?

G - Believe me you will be first person I will showcase my self-defense skills on! Say less nonsense and handle your assistant!

M – Sure. Sure. I will handle him, but I really need to know about the difference before and after...

G - Shut up!

Maan calls his assistant to the office and berates him for not being subtle and scheming enough. He should never leave evidence of his good work behind the scenes.

Then he promptly awards him extra bonus for the good ideas he had given to lady A.

As the shooting progresses, Geet finds herself being subtly isolated by some cliques inside the crew.

There was always some jealousy and competition brewing among costars, so it wasn't a new phenomenon.

But this time it felt a bit different.

The concealed looks and rumors finally came to the forefront when she had to act a scene with another female actress.

Characters~~~~~

Geet was playing a cannon fodder character of a gentle, good-natured woman who got caught up in misunderstanding between the main couple.

While the other actress was playing the role of the female leads good friend. This good friend... on one hand hated the cannon fodder woman and conspired against her all under the guise of avenging for the main heroine.  On the other hand, this same good friend unscrupulously tried to seduce the main hero for herself.

Today's scene was between Geet’s (cannon fodder character) and the other female actress (heroines good friend)

It was a conventional scene of the Geet;s character being accused for having bad character and pushed  around in front of the whole audience.

The other heroine was supposed to deliver few scathing dialogues and then pretend to push Geet.

Geet was supposed to fall down after being pushed.

As the shoot starts the dialogue delivery went fine.

But the pretend push turns into an actual push.

Geet is surprised and totters backwards instead of falling down.

The director calls cut and goes over the expected action again with Geet.

He reminds her that she has to fall down.

Geet nods in understanding.

This time once more the dialogues are delivered correctly but the push turns into a hard shove.

Geet falls down at the wrong spot.

The director immediately calls cut instructing Geet impatiently this time.

The scene starts again.

This time Geet doesn’ wait for the pushing action to complete but falls down as directed.

Finally, the scene is passed.

Geet looks at the other actress directly confronting her.

G- What's your problem?

OA- Me? I don't have a problem.

G- Are you sure. Coz you sure as hell act like you have one.

OA - Well if you really must know. Then yes, I have a problem with stinking mistresses who are hell bent on breaking up loving marriages.

G - Did you fall too deep in the act and actually start believing that you are some righteous person?

OA - No. But everyone over here already knows what type of person you are. Home breaker!

G - Wow. You really talk like an idiot. Saying anything without verifying anything.

 OA - What do I need to verify. Can you prove that you don't have an illegitimate relationship with a married man?

Hearing the two actresses argue a small crowd gathers around them.

G - What proof do you have that I am? Just cos you say so it's true?

OA - Plenty of people saw you making out at the annual dinner party of xx company.

G - Who saw it? Do you have photo? Or just hearsay rumors again? Don't say that If I was doing such thing in public no one thought to photograph me for proof.

OA - You know very well why there aren't any photos. It's because of the person you were with. He is protecting you!!

G - Ohhh is he? Where is he now? Why isn't he here "protecting" me while you shoved me, and your friends gossiped behind my back and some of the crew has started isolating me.

OA - Guess you fell out of favor. Huh... like you could hold his interest anyways...

G - Oh so now I am not favored? So, am I still indulging in an unfavored affair? Can I overpower him and make him submit to me even if he doesn't favor me?  Is that what you are saying? That I am so powerful... and if I am then why the hell do I need anyone's protection in the first place.

The other actress is unable to come up with a retort.

G- Bunch of ignorant idiots!

Geet utters to all gathered people and then walks away with her head held high.

She feels so angry right now.

It's like there is some kind of curse on her dancing.

No matter when where under which identity she dances with Maan. People around her just won't be happy.

She picks up her phone and messages Maan.

G - I am not dancing in public with you ever again.

M - Do I understand correctly? That you are offering a private dance show?

When she doesn’t respond after a while, he realizes it’s something serious.

He video calls her.

G- I am in no mood for your jokes right now. Please!

M – Alright. Alright. I'll be serious. What happened? Who dared to piss you off other than me?

G - It doesn't matter who it is. I am just frustrated of hearing that I am a mistress in my own marriage!! This entire rumor is so ridiculous. I don't even know how to start denying it!

M - I can help you clarify.

G - Absolutely not. It will make it worse. No matter what you tell.

M - Then how about I help you deal with the person who made you angry today?

G - No. I'll deal with her myself. I have a plan. I am just... irritated!

M - Could it be... possibly be...

W - Be what?

M - Ahem... that time of the month?

She rages more.

G - Not everything is related to PMS for women!!

M - Okay... Okay... if you say it's not. Then it's not. How about I get this person fired from your production crew?

G - You can do that? Really?

He gives a glorious pompous side smirk.

She rolls her eyes

G - No thanks... if she gets fired then we will have to reshoot her scene and unnecessarily increase our own work

M - Okay. Then tell me exactly what she did. We can b*tch about her together.

G - Do you even know how to do that?

M- Try me!

She tells him about the whole incident.

And although she didn't b*tch about her, she did feel much more relaxed and lighter after unloading her grievances.

G - Thanks for listening to my cribbing... I feel much better now.

M - Anytime Dear Wife.

He says with a mischievous grin.

G - umhmm.. good night

M - Good night kiss?

G- Shut up!

And once again Geet throws away her phone.

It felt like he just had to end their conversation on an annoying note.

I am happy to see that Geet has started to depend emotionally on Maan  ... & He is trying & making her mood lighter when she is pissed off 

Well such people deserve this but after a small argument it was over ... But Geet annoyance was obvious as she bearing this nonsense just because of hiding her marriage with Maan 

Hmm 😏 finally Maan makes her feel better & let's see how this issue is dealt with

Geet is getting pushed around just because of suspicion. That other actress had no business doing that to her.

They never communicated this much before. Now she is telling him about all her problems.

Fantastic Update 

Hell no!!! It seems in Geet's crew the members are jealous of her 

as she danced with Maan and they think she is having an affair with him 

but I always enjoy her banter with Maan and his teasing her , always makes 

her annoyed yet relaxed

Nice update, people around are getting so jealous that they have started these cheap tatics to show Geet down but like the way she gives back at them and I totally enjoyed reading MG conversation, Geet has started sharing her days with Maan and it look he waits for such ocasions lol, waiting to see more improvement in MG relationship

well Geet's colleagues are jealous of her

hate how her co-star treated Geet

Geet's anger was justified

great that she confronted her co-star

angry that they accuse Geet of having an affair with Maan

if they only knew lol

Geet had valid points

liked how she shut them up

just one dance with Maan and this is what happened

her message to Maan was reasonable

of cos Maan teased Geet

at least he realised it was something serious and video called Geet

Maan's question was justified

but decided to deal with it on her own

Gosh Maan assumed it was that time of the month

not surprised that Maan wanted to fire the person

however Geet refused

so Maan offered to listen to her complaints 

glad that he managed to cheer Geet up

enjoyed Maan's banter

he never leaves an opportunity to tease Geet

wonder how Geet will handle the situation
