Sadly this is not the case with Surya imlie story.
Usually the precaps were for Sundays during imlie-Agastya and that worked.
After surya’s entry the weekly precaps started altering I think. And recently, it’s mostly the weekdays.
they lost interest in the show when Agastya’s death track didn’t bring in the desired numbers. And they started fumbling and now It’s obvious they don’t care.
with imlie-Agastya marriage, imlie-Agastya started having lot of scenes but it was not the case with imlie-surya.
Abhi with the impending closure, that’s when they are starting to give scenes.
otherwise toh imlie-surya were giving out platonic vibes, especially when it was so obvious that success of the show by and large was due to the chemistry. To not exploit the chemistry deliberately or what worked for the show is self-sabotage at best .
I still feel more than the family drama, lack of projecting imlie-surya as a couple and their scenes having these platonic vibes is what killed the show.
Because Chaudhry ka family drama also was not too much and in the end it didn’t work at all. It was imlie-Agastya scenes which pulled the show along with the maskman.
