The leads in Imlie's first two seasons were fortunate to have not just one, but two OSTs.
The secondary OST from Season 1 was already used for Imlie and Agastya's storyline.
Perhaps they could consider using the secondary OST from Season 2 for Surya and Imlie instead of the one from the web series.
Explainiya please - What happened. Not on IG so can't see stories.

Ok... so I am back home and had some time to process the news. We still don't know the last telecast date, the last day of shoot or how many episodes we have remaining.
More than anything, I feel sad for Sai and Addy. They are the only ones who have shot this show from Day1 of Season 3. They both are extremely talented who lived the roles of ASC/ SPR and Imlie. The show would not have been half as good if not for them. From all the BTS we saw, it was clear that both of them have put in insane amounts of efforts for the show - be it shooting outdoors on sunny days, action sequences or the harness ones. It did not feel like a typical TV show coz of these scenes.
As a fan of Sai, I always wished to see him in a project where he can showcase his talent and improve his craft. What better than to do a Gul project coz I knew he suits her template AYM characters. Glad that she was persistent to take Sai onboard despite him rejecting 3 other offers from her. After seeing how brilliantly Sai portrayed the character of Agastya and now Surya, I know he will have offers hit his inbox before the show even goes off air. I hope he is wise to chose his next project, something he and his fans can be proud of. The way ITV writes MLs now-a-days, it scares me and I know Sai will not like portraying such characters. But for sure, he will hit my screens soon (and hopefully with the one I want).
Addy ka bhi no tension, girl is insanely talented. She will get new projects soon as well. I hope to see them take a good break and enjoy some time with their respective friends and family (clarify karna better hai :P).
A big shout out to the technical team of Imlie - the director, the DOP, the background music and OST, editors. Gul is known for the aesthetics of the shots and this show served. There is a lot of recall value to this show and I will go back to watch the Agastya-Imlie love story after the show ends. Very few shows hold you in a spell due to the nostalgia factor. This show and the use of old songs was something unique and something that connected me more with the show. I wish we got more of the wattpad trope - rich illegitimate businessman and bar signer but sigh.....
Having said the above, I know we all knew this was coming but it hurts. It had become a habit to come to the forum since the past 8 months and it is very upsetting to know we have handful of episodes left. The writers better not disappoint and give us our leads ke scenes only. We deserve a decent closure, please. We have faced a lot of DDP and still stuck by the show.
I wish Gul learns her lesson with this, not to ever ruin an on-going love story when the actor is not quitting. SP will learn a lesson when the next show will not be able to match against Tarak. They need to lose the slot leadership too. It always takes a long time for a new show to build an audience base and get loyal following. If 6.30pm slot can be taken as an example, 2.5 yrs later also SP never got that slot back. 8.30 ke saath bhi wohi hoga.
To everyone who made this AT so lively and vibrant and one of the most positive place to be, a big thank you. I think back specially all those difficult days when we all collectively mourned Agastya's death or the realization that they aren't bringing him back. A lot of us were able to stick by because we gave each other hope, when one was sad or down, someone else saw the positive side of things. We did complement each other brilliantly.
Like I said, we can do chit chats in the CC thread even after the show ends (I know it wont be the same but kya kar sakte hai). But also if Sai comes again in another show and the concept is something we all like, we will meet in his AT in another forum.

Aaj ka episode was so nice. Will be watching it again in sometime. There is something mature and comforting in Imlie Surya dynamic/ relationship at this point. Brilliant scenes today.
Particularly loved the scene where both Surya and Imlie were talking about Agastya sitting on those stairs. These two really loved Agastya and when talking about him connected with each other. So much nostalgia for me as a viewer to hear those things. I cannot believe they showed Surya jump in the river to bring back the ring Agastya had given Imlie. Loved the impulsive Surya from Imlie's mouth. The scene reminded me that we have such little time and so much of a journey to cross.
Surya talked about how Imlie ke eyes shined when talking of Agastya and the ring and so wanted to get it for her. Dil le lo Surya.
Imlie was so worried about Surya and his health. I loved the scene where she told him that he married her without her consent and wanted to take her responsibility so he cant leave her like this. The scene when Surya woke up and Surya and Imlie have a chat - super domestic and sweet. Sai looked extremely handsome in the hospital outfit. I think after the vest and the jacket look and the white lungi look, this is my fav look of his - blue hospital outfit LOL.
Amrit came to the Reddy family and brainwashed them about Imlie. Yeh log bhi pagal hai, will trust a stranger's words without even investigating - seedhe ilzaam not even ask Imlie her side of the story. Meh. Please pack this family off soon so we can get Surya Imlie focused scenes in the remaining episodes. I don't know how the hospital in Benaras got to know Anjali as Surya's emergency contact - Tayi, Malti and his family marr gaye the kya?
Man, I've been loving these Banaras wali episodes. My eyes got all misty when Imlie started reminiscing about Agastya. I've never had an issue with her bringing him up; he's a vital part of this story, the link between Surya and Imlie. They actually bonded because of him today.
The way Surya looks at Imlie just warms my heart. He seems genuinely happy to learn more about his brother from the person who knows and loves him the most in this world. When he jumped into the water without hesitation to retrieve the ring for Imlie, I felt myself melting a bit. I love how she actually called out his name in her panic induced state.
I’m glad they finally remembered to bring up Surya’s trigeminal headaches. Seeing Imlie worried, crying at Surya's bedside, hoping for his recovery, brought out a total domestic vibe; she was in full patni mode. Surya looked so happy with her concern for him.
Amrit brought back the real villain vibes with that music and his entire presence on screen. The Reddys, fools as they are, have found yet another reason to chastise Imlie. I do wish we could've seen a Sonali cameo, but alas, wishful thinking.
Even Surya anticipates Tayyi's use of his hospitalization as an excuse to blame Imlie, and now Anjali knows too. If only they could stay in Banaras instead of returning to all that drama. These few days away have brought more progress in their relationship than the past month.
Regardless, I'm definitely going to rewatch and skip around for Surya-Imlie scenes. Looking forward to seeing Imlie soften towards him; finally, we're getting some good stuff. Let's not even mention goodbyes between us until we have a confirmed date for shooting and airing episodes.

Subah they packed their bags, left for the bus stop, Anjali locked Imlie in the washroom, Surya rescued her, they got the bus and had a fun ride to Benaras, checked in the hotel, went to search the driver (don't think they got their luggage back), Surya dhamkoed the officer and got the admit card, Imlie was angry at Rowdy Reddy, she cleaned the cars to earn money, sang the soulful song, won the challenge, ate the kachori, saw the video, reminisced Agastya, Surya jumped in the river, got rescued, taken to the hospital and then saved.
We are still on the same day. What an eventful day in Imlie-land
