Arre I love that song so much. Will definitely record jab bhi mauka mile.. I know this song by heart so dikkat nahi hai.. Main Albeli, ka antara pata nahi tha extra time lena pada hai.. 

And.. Haan re.. next week se Audit bhi start hoga.. 😭

My mother is a big fan of K L Saigal, and so am I. mere collection mein unke sare songs ki audio CDs bhi hai. I like Shanjahan Movie very much, superb acting & singing.,  unki singning ki baat hee nirali thi, kitna bhi mushkil song ho, bahut hee sahjata se gaate thay, pta hee nhi chalta ki kitna mushkil hai. Golden era ke almost sabhi singers including Kishore Kumar, Mohammad Rafi, Lata Mangeshkar, and Mukesh, unko idolize karte thay aur apna guru mante thay.

Tumne kamaal ka gaaya hai, matlab its not a recording, but a top-class performance by a trained singer. your hold on breathing, voice modulation, and keeping feel of OG song is commandable.

I like w/o music version kyunki usme jo feel & clarity hoti hai, vo with music recording mein nhi hoti, w/o music me aap songs ko apna bana kar, music ke tempo/scale ko match karne ki tension ke bina,  itminan se gaa sakte ho. If u have live music tab baat alag hai,

bolne ki jaroorat nhi ki song download karke playlist me add kar liya hai, already 4-5 baar sunn bhi liya, isiliye reply me deri huyi.

Mousy, sahi kaha tumne. Every singer those days wanted to be him aur sab unhe apna Guru maante the. Aur maine pehle pehle ye dhyaan nahi diya jab Papa unke gaane play karte the. Par jab unke gaane attempt kiye tab samajh aaya ki kitni incredible hai unki singing. Especially pitch range. Iss gaane mein bhi...

Jab nain mile nainon ne kaha... ye low pitch mein hai 

Aur phir agla line ... ab nain base... suddenly high pitched hai. Itne sudden pitch changes kaise kiya unhone? Kitna effortlessly woh bhi! Jab hum gaana sunte hain toh ye sab samajh mein bhi nahi aata. Only when I tried singing this song, I realized ki kitna difficult hai!

Main bohot dinon se ye song try karna chahti thi.. maine kai versions sune hai iske..by Rahul Deshpande, Shafqat Amanat Ali, Javed Ali, and ofc, Lata Mangeshkar. Sabne apne apne tareeke se gaya, but I wanted to match the og Saigal version.

Waise bhi mujhe ye raag Yaman bohot pasand hai. I was planning to try Suraiya and one of her songs, but ye gaana dimaag se nahi hata. So there you have it.
