Jhanak wanted to marry that other guy cos she thought she was sacrificing herself for Ani's sake.. so that Ani can happily marry Arshi..

IMO Ani was already mad with jealousy.. also because J always considered the wedding to be fake infront of Ani.. now she informed Adi that she is married.. Ani would have assumed that she shared the nature of her marriage too..ie the marriage being fake.
