What I am going to write today will be unpopular but may be provide some perspective. And I will try to do it Ani style - Saap bhi mare, lathi bhi na tute
Many bengali novels, where the story is about the "Female Protagonist", ends with the FL being successful and achieved a goal in life. In her journey she meets several men at different stages of her life, some that turn out to be supportive and a true friend, others that just might use her or abuse or betray her, in a way that her self-respect takes a hit and she eventually moves out and on ! The FL might end up alone, because each in their own way have "toyed" (not physically more psychologically) with her ! It depicts the trials and tribulations that a FL goes through but at the end emerges triumphant by overcoming her struggles. And probably as a reader you empathise with the character, cry at her plight and be happy when she succeeds. Also, it works for a 150 page novel , may be not for a 1000 episode daily soap.
An example could be - the FL's husband is wary of his wife's success as it hurts his male ego or just wants the FL to dance to his tunes and remain in the confines of her home. Probably he is not this way when they fall in love, but becomes so in due course.
Then there are novels written and set in the 1920's and 1930's where there is the "Male Protagonist" , who has more than one woman in his life, not necessarily romantically involved with everyone of them but just there as a friend or at times a support. These women come from different walks of life and social background but are extremely strong characters and pull up the male protagonist when he is down or weak. The ML's are usually flawed and weak, but are lucky to have women who love them deeply and unconditionally and forever !
An example could be - the character "Devdas" and what he reduces himself to be because he could not muster the courage to own up and claim his undying love for Paro, in front of his family and the society.
I am not saying this show is either of the above, but I do tend to find similarities. The other saving grace is this is ITV and is driven by TRPs. And in show business, a show sustains only if there is business

Even the Saif Vidya starrer parineeta was like that!
One thing is projected in all these stories is that ML’s are very liberal , polished , good hearted, soft spoken etc but they are all shown to be jealous or insecure which masks their good qualities.. I have only seen these two movies and am now watching Jhanak! Their graph is always same!!

Communication is never done properly on ITV .Fine.
Unlike other shows here the emotional, attachment and compatibility between leads were shown really strong and suddenly when they bring a Trust issue how are we supposed to take it 🤔.
The misunderstanding track should have been done with better options .Character and trust is definitely not done at this point of show(after shong showing how much Anirudh trusted her ).
If she said I am married couldn't she have told lie about her husband .This was like giving him a green signal or even an advantage of showing her as helpless .
Anirudh ,I dont know what was the need to show him as companion who stood so much with her , was emotionally attached ,Belived her , supported her , but didnt have TRUST on her .
What kind of a relation is that?
Even a simple friendship is based on mutual trust.
Writers are showing so much contradiction to Anirudh's character . Worst is he thinking Arshi and Shristi was right about her.
This time please show her leave and establish herself by her own . Enough of this egoistic , conditions appy help.
The writers might have thought we showed so much arguments between them so let them not fight anymore.
When their arguments or fighting was most needed they decided to mute it !!!!!!
He is that egoistic ,Aditya showed him mirror . Now atleast he should try to understand how Jhanak feels when his family tortures him .
Aditya is good villian than the normal taunts and insults he was good to watch . Inspite of Jhanak rejecting he was ignoring her so much and continuing in her room.
Trust is shaken , Jhanak should really really leave this time.
No bashing please , I loved how Anirudh knocked the door and after knocking put his ears on door to eaves drop. 🤗🤭❤️
I think they are writing now for the trp viewers .
@ Goddy , @sleepy lekha ,@@funcnv,@pearl and all others.
