The school shooter - who was the target?

Why is Anupama assuming she was the target and that Shrew was shot by mistake? Why the Mahaan attitude? So like a martyr. If you assume blame, you will be blamed and hated, hasn’t Anupama learned this by now?

The shooter aimed his gun at Aadhya cos she was the one who sprayed and ran with Pari and when Aadhya fell, he turned his gun on Shrew. So why does Anupama assume the gun was aimed at her?

This is just another circumstance to create more hatred in Aadhya towards her mother, Anupama does tell Aadhya to run before she goes towards the younger of the two, towards Pari. Aadhya was apparently okay enough to stand up again and walk towards Shrew. She was also on the last but one step from the street. Pari was higher up on the steps.

And why would Aadhya expect Anupama who she has dissed at every opportunity, and who she does not consider her mother, and has called gold-digger and other horrific names, and who she did not thank when Anupama rescued her from that miscreant when Aadhya ran away from home, to pick Aadhya up who was older and abler than Pari? The look on Aadhya’s face just showed how unreasonable
her expectations are and can anticipate her magnified vitriol and hatred towards Anupama.

Makes Anupama’s claim that she was the intended target of the shooter even more ridiculous when Shrew was not shielding Anupama from the gunman at all, Shrew was running towards Aadhya and Aadhya was the intended target of the gunman in the first place.

Anyone who is anyways against the mahaan atma becomes a shrew lol. There is no bigger shrew in ITV history than Anupama. Shruti is behaving like a normal human being will.

Because she has seen Anupamaa run to her bio kids and lay down on footpath, even after they've called her all filthy things..why can't she have expectations?

I see no point of aadhya blaming anupama and anupama blaming herself in today episode

.yes it is true that shooter about to shoot aadhya but anupama ran toward aadhya And Said choti neeche aur wih goli Shruti ko lag gayi

Ab anupama ko kya Pata Shruti bhi peeche se aa rahi hai

I told anupama pur blame lagna hau to laga hai

Agar bhukamp bhi aayega ti iske liye anupama hi zimmedar hai ki Anupama bhukamp le aayi

The target was one of the hostage like adhya not some random person like anupama who runs

Usually terrorist to create fear will shoot the most vulnerable in hostage- aged or kids or disabled

That will make public opinion against police and force police from attacking terrorists (like plane hostage situations)

If terrorist kill or target police it will make police angry and they may attack terrorists more so they will mostly target vulnerable

Anupama and madam shruti are adults no symptahy gained by killing them actually (usually public opinion does not change if adult is killed only aged or kids or disabled killing makes outcry by public to stop police actions )

So the terrorist mostly aimed at hostage kid adhya only

I agree with your viewpoint. Nothing to be gained by shooting at random running amuck adults, more to be gained by shooting the vulnerable.

Ditto, was irritating to see Anupama acting the martyr and taking the blame on herself. Totally dumb reaction.

She can have expectations, rightfully so if she considered Anupama to be her mother. The girl has divested herself of that relationship, has been vocal about Anupama being an outsider and wants to have nothing to do with her. So, why have expectations of an outsider whom you are trying your best to oust from your father’s life?

Its the US, school shooting is just what people do for a hobby every week, i doubt there was even any specific targets.

Lol, I wasn’t comparing degrees of shrewishness in this post. Shru did become a Shrew in recent episodes, calling the spade a spade, that is all.

That said, Shrew’s devotion to Aadhya was touching and genuine in the episode.
