Saving with one arm distance. I believe they don’t want to compromise the moral compass of the male lead by showing him getting physically attracted to another woman while potentially committed to another woman. I know Janak is his wife but they both are not accepting it and Ani is very much committed to Arshi as of now.

If they do that it will be Imlie S1 and the wars will begin anew.
I think the focus here is mainly on Jhanak unlike Imlie S1 where it was mainly on Adi.
