You and the person who quoted them got the wrong context I believe. They didn't say anywhere independent women have help in the kitchen but that in dramas which show initially career-oriented girls, the career takes a backseat and they all end up working in the kitchen only, so they are asking IM to stay on the path of shibra actually doing her css.
