Shruti Anuj’s engagement n sangeet ritual gets disrupted because of Anupamaa. Anupama accidentally gets misbalanced and is about to fall when Yashdeep and Anuj rush to save her , Anupama feels embarrassed that she disrupted the function and leaves the place , distraught n heart broken.
Shruti is hurt and angry that Anuj rejected her finger ring n chose tk save Anupama rather than go ahead with accepting her marriage proposal . Aadya is angry and hates Anupama for disrupting Pops and Shru’s special moment n angry with pops for running after Anupama. Anuj apologises to Shruti for leaving their ritual half way . Shruti blames her own starts for always interrupting her special moments .

Shah family is seen leaving after enjoying the lavish dinner, the kids praise their Daadi’s cooking . Vanraj badmouths Anupama for disrupting the beautiful function .Toshu joins forces n both bash Anupama .
Anupamaa is seen returning to the restaurant and practicing some cooking skills from the internet . She is joined by Baa who comes to console her n also Anupama utilises the moment to learn few cooking skills from her , Anupama and Baa have long friendly banter , sharing experiences of the foreign land and learning. New cooking skills n dishes .
Yashdeep reaches the restaurant n watches Anupama and Baa happy moments . He admires Anupama for being so strong n resilient . Putting the past aside n moving on . He knows this place was Anupama’s safe haven but is sad it will not be next day .
he feels sorry for not being able to help Anupamaa.Next morning the staff of Spices and chutney come for their daily routine but are shocked to see the place sealed with legal notice . They try to contact Yashdeep sir but he is not reachable . Anupama arrives and is shocked n worried .

Anupama is at the super chef contest , the next round is preparing a dish with minimal ingredients that have been provided to contestants. Anupama struggles with the bottles and drops on while trying to open the bottle cap. Anuj is very concerned for her as he watches from the visitor’s gallery . After the dish is ready , she explains in Hindi…. she is asked by one judge to explain in English as this was not an Indian show . Anuj jumps in from the visitor’s gallery to volunteer as her translator as she was not fluent in English .
