Abhira's rights on singhania/maheshwari's property?!!

Regarding abhira's share in her mother's maaykawala's property, Abhira ki maa apne maaykewalo ke sath kabhi khas rahi nahi thi, kabhi yeh juth toh kabhi woh juth toh kabhi yeh baat chupana toh kabhi woh baat chupana bagera kar kar ke udaipur ke bahar he bhagti firti thi so apne maaykewalo ki kamayi hui property mai se abhira ki maa ne kabhi kuch expect nahi kiya , na sath rahi hai kabhi. Agar akshara ke paas kuch hota like khud ka gold property anything to ek will banaya hota just to notify abhira yah directly abhira ko de diya ho gold vagera. Abhira ke papa toh karze mai the jab unki death hui tab so Abhira ke papa ke paas se toh kuch ancestor property milne se raha.

Aise mai abhira ko jo bhi property mai milna hoga woh sirf abhira ki mummy ke maaykewalo se mil sakta hai. Baki khud ke parents toh kuch khas chod kar gaye nahi hai clearly. Apna khud ka ek ghar tak abhira ki mumma ke paas nahi tha aisa dikhaya hai yaha tabhi toh kasauli wale ghar ka kuch ata pata nahi hai in abhira's words.

Abhira ki mummy ke maaykewale(goenkas), uski mummy ki mummy ke maayke wale(singhanias), uski mummy ki mummy ki mummy ke maaykewale (Singhanias) yehi sab log hai jisse koi bada wala hissa shayad mil sakta hai. Meri Bahot sari marwadi friends hai and all are super rich too lekin unn sabko jo milega woh straightly apne khud ke parents se milega (gold sabko mila hai apni nani ke waha se), Lekin mummy ke maaykewalo se(goenkas) , mummy ki mummy ke maaykewalo se(singhanias) , mummy ki mummy ki mummy ke maaykawale (maheshwaris) in sab se toh kisi ko property he sidha mil gaya ho aisa suna nahi hai. Yaha toh mummy ki mummy ki mummy ke maaykewalo ki property par bhi aisa maine social media mai read kiya

Kya real mai aisa hota hai?! Maine toh apne around na dekha hai na suna hai ki kisi ko apni mummy ki nani ya mummy ki super nani ke waha se property hissa diya gaya ho!! Muje toh laga tha apne mummy-papa ka jo ho, jitna ho bacche ko wohi sab virasat mai milta hai. Agar mummy ya papa ko he virasat mai kuch na mila ho ya na diya/liya gaya ho toh ancestral property jaisa unke ghar mai kuch nahi hota. Jo unhone banaya/kamaya ho sirf wohi unke bacche ko milta hai.

Arre kisi ko kuch nahi milne wala… makers like to show their fls as bechari, gareeb, orphan jo kismat ki maari ho.. strong, independent and rich woman se allergy hai dkp ko… fls are eternal gareeb and won’t make any savings or property in their lives.. neither ab’s mom made nor will ab…

Aur aap ancestral property ki baat kar rahe ho yaha toh mujhe abheera apni law ki padai bhi puri karegi ki nahi yeh doubt hai… wese bhi kar bhi de toh leap ke baad profession automatically change ho jayega😅

Agar next season ki story ambani ke beti pe based hai toh chances hai mil jaye but agar next season stationary dukan ki owner pe based hai in order to repeat grocery store story then ab will not have anything

Abhi rukho Abheera will get a new Acha admi who will be a bus conductor so obviously she won't get anything n like her mother had so much self respect n ego she won't accept anything but will survive will almost zero basic necessities..

It doesn't matter whether a person is Driver or bus conductor, if he is a good man and treats his partner with respect.

Yeh sab filmy baatein hai...In reality no educated n a rich girl would marry a man who is penniless with no stable job or education.This is the reality of life and there is nothing wrong in it.

Not just divorced impulsively, done after her miscarriage and also blamed her for killing her mom! But we are not making fun of him. We are very clear we dislike him because of how he treated his wife, we don't have any other issue

Anyhoo, from a legal point of view, Ab has a share in what her mummy has, and that is from the Goenkas side, but hey if she delves in deeper and wants to go for the Maheshwari and Singhanias inheritance, ain't nobody should be stopping her
